Dan Romeo has over 30 years’ experience in construction having started his own general contracting business in 1986. He often worked with residential owners to complete extensive additions and remodeling projects and he has built homes from the ground up as well. Dan has completed all necessary requirements to perform home inspections in Pennsylvania and is licensed to inspect homes in Ohio. He is certified by both ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Dan’s reputation in the construction industry is one of honesty and integrity having built his career with only referrals and repeat customers.
